About Justin

playingsaxOkay, so you found my blog and are wondering, who is this guy?

Well, my name is Justin Mitchell and I am a musician, computer nerd, Pastor, entreprenuer and a whole host of other things!  I currently reside in Portage, MI with my lovely bride Amy and our beautiful baby boy Alex, where we enjoy a blessed full life in God.

In addition to my love of ministry in the local church, I also enjoy leading mission trips around the world and playing Saxophone, Piano and Guitar.

Thanks for the heads up! I hadn’t marked that private. Now everyone will know that my little brain needs to be reminded to take down the garbage. I found that it is much better to hear it from the computer than the wife… 🙂

Have sat under your teaching in the “Grip” 101 class a few times. You probably don’t remember, but one day I was the sole pupil to respond when you asked whether anyone was familiar with Kieth Greene’s “There is a Redeemer”. Awesome song – sad that so very few have ever heard it. Hey, wouldn’t it be cool to worship with that song in the hands of KVFC’S worhip band sometime?!!! Mayhap you could put a bug in someone’s ear?
Anyway, just wanted to say, “Thanks for your humble obedience, brother, it shines. Makes you a great teacher !
